November 1, 2016, General Mtg. - Seaford Library

 

Our general meeting took place on the first Tuesday of November due to the election being held on November 8th.

 

The meeting was started with a presentation from Del Tech College regarding the granting of our two, $1,000 scholarships.  The two gentlemen explained the procedure used to award the scholarships.  

 

Immediately following a brief business meeting members received instruction from our own master gardener, Mary Noel, on how to prepare a fresh flower arrangement in a 6" dish.  All members received fresh flowers which were purchased by the club and soaked floral foam.  A fun time was had by all as members designed their personal arrangements.
